These Terms of Service govern your use of the alpineoutly website and your purchase of products from our store, operated by LINKGATE E-COMMERCE LIMITED. By accessing the website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Product Information

alpineoutly aims to describe and display products accurately. Product colours may appear differently depending on screen settings, photography, and lighting conditions.

Handmade, sculptural, printed, or individually finished products may have small variations in colour, shape, pattern, dimensions, texture, and other details. These variations are part of the product’s character and are not normally considered defects.

Burn times and fragrance performance are estimates. Actual results may vary depending on wick maintenance, airflow, room conditions, warmer temperature, container size, and duration of use.

2. Orders and Availability

All orders are subject to product availability, payment verification, and acceptance by alpineoutly.

We may cancel or adjust an order if a product is unavailable, product or pricing information contains an error, payment cannot be verified, or fraudulent or unauthorised activity is reasonably suspected.

If payment has already been collected for an item that we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.

3. Customer Information

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate contact, billing, and delivery information. Please review your information before submitting an order.

If you notice an error after placing an order, contact alpineoutly@163.com. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed after processing or fulfilment has begun.

4. Prices and Payment

Product prices, available payment options, applicable shipping charges, and applicable taxes will be displayed during checkout. By submitting an order, you authorise the selected payment provider to charge the displayed total.

5. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Orders are also governed by the alpineoutly Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy. These policies form part of these Terms of Service.

6. Product Safety

Always follow the use, care, and safety instructions provided with a product or displayed on its product page. Never leave a burning candle or heated wax warmer unattended.

Keep candles, wax melts, matches, lighters, and warmers away from children, pets, drafts, and flammable materials. Place freestanding candles on stable, heat-resistant holders or trays. Use wax melts only with compatible wax warmers.

Customers are responsible for using products safely and for their intended purpose. alpineoutly is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, failure to follow safety instructions, unauthorised modification, or use with unsuitable containers, holders, wicks, or warmers.

7. Website Content

Website text, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, logos, page designs, and other content may not be copied, republished, distributed, or commercially used without permission, except where applicable law allows otherwise.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the alpineoutly website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or unauthorised purposes. You may not interfere with the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or extract website content through unauthorised automated methods.
